Hey Justin, thanks for this video. I don't comment here much but regularly come back to your talks/posts, particularly ones that involve Parrhesia, The Courage of Truth, and Diogenes. You were my introduction to all three in fact. Not sure if you do this sort of thing as much anymore (or how else to contact you about it) but it occurred to me you might be interested in speaking with or possibly just checking out the work of a radically honest filmmaker named Caveh Zahedi. Peter Limberg mentioned him as a significant influence on his approach to honesty (he has some podcasts with him as well), but, more recently, I've found that Zahedi happens to also be a philosophy scholar that studied Deleuze. Found out his name was literally in the foreword of the Massumi translation of A Thousand Plateaus. Seemed like a really rare opportunity to talk with someone currently walking the walk of radically honest living/art with knowledge of Deleuze's work.

I did some distance healing on him at some point, and I was expecting some negative energy etc but I was shocked because it was the first time I felt a clear channel running through someones body. In Hinduism its called the Shushumna. His is open....first time I had ever some across that. A government can print fiat money and will probably give it to rich people. A government can also grant a standard whereby a it will accept any crypto token created to a standard bit value of cryptography calculated. The problem with the second one is that you are enforcing a responsibility to expend our resources on creating crypto that can clearly be used to do more important things, and you are still, ultimately, printing money for rich people, because they would be the ones who own the most mining rigs. Crypto equalizes nothing: it just makes a society that will always be stratified sacrifice an inordinate amount of productive potential on making computers crunch chaos towards infinity. Why not just do it on shoestrings? We literally already know we can.

I think using the word retard (yes in the common vernacular) is one of those situations in which it should be left up to the group for whom the brunt of that particular pejorative is reserved, to recuperate, re-purpose and re-deploy (perhaps in permutated form) the term, with a richer meaning and more utility than that afforded by a monotropic, flattened usage i.e. contrarian or edgy
